I got REALLY lucky ... when my garage door stopped working, the phone number for Todd had been given to me by the previous owners of the house ...so I took a chance and called .. and I'm SO very glad I did. He was able to schedule service faster than I had expected, was by far the friendliest repair professional I've ever called to my home, efficiently provided better-than-mine-were-when-new parts, and was very reasonably priced. He even ended the service call with recommendations to keep everything working well enough that I am unlikely to need him for this garage door any time soon ... but I can tell you he'd be the first and only person I'd call ... and I'll be recommending him to friends for sure.

I called for a repair and Todd promptly responded and had our door fixed within 2 hours! The tracks for the garage door disconnected from the wall somehow, and after he fixed that problem he noticed we had the wrong size arm on our door, so it wasn't getting a close seal on the ground-he changed it out for a longer arm. They were very friendly, reasonable, professional and definitely went above and beyond what was needed to be fixed. I would definitely recommend their service in the future.

This guy was awesome. I called him and some others in the area and he was willing to drive 30 min at a drop of a hat, when I was expecting an appointment later during the week. Not only was he promptly here, he was $100 cheaper than all of his competitors!!! He changed my two springs for two that were far more superior, (twice the size and rated for 20,000 openings.) On top of that he finished the job and clean up in 30 min flat with a great attitude and told me to give him a call if there were any problems at all.
